Cancellation Policy
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Valeries Health Center.
Cancellation
If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled time, 100% of the consultation fee will be charged.
Cancellation must be made on business days, i.e. Monday-Friday (08:00-16:00).
For E-consultations, a separate agreement is required 12 hours before the appointment time.
